| IN GROUND POOL FILTERS In ground Sand Filters
Because of their simplicity, sand pool filters are our most popular
filters.
They are easily fitted with a multiport or push-pull valve for
backwashing.
These valves are attached to the top opening of the filter for top mount
filters or fitted to the side for side mount filters.
In ground DE Pool Filters
Filtering with diatomaceous earth (D.E.) filters results not just in
clean water, but water that really sparkles. That's because D.E. filters
remove particles as small as 3-5 microns. The down side of DE filters is
that when backwashing or cleaning the DE powder is emitted along with
the debris the filter has collected.
In ground Cartridge Pool Filter
Looking for top-end filter performance with the lowest maintenance? Look
at a cartridge filter. This long proven design uses special filter
elements to strip particles from pool water with great
effectiveness...particles as small as 10-25 microns in size (particles
smaller than 40 microns cannot be seen by the human eye). Maintenance?
Open the top. Remove the cartridge. Hose it off. That's it. Cartridge
filter tanks are also smaller in diameter than other types so can be
used where space is a factor.
