But with the Hayward Perflex D.E. filter, simply move the unique “Bump” handle up and down a few times to automatically activate the Flex-Tubes, repositioning the dirt and D.E. within the filter and extending the filter cycle. | For proper filtration, your filter system should provide a complete turnover of the pool water once every 12 hours. Determine the capacity of your pool to select the correct-size Perflex system, or consult your swimming pool dealer.
