Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order you must do so before the item ships. Please contact our customer service department toll free at (877) 891-7665 or email us through the Contact Us link on our website as soon as possible. Please note that most items ship within 24-48 hours after being placed during the regular business week. If your item ships before your cancellation request processes, you will be responsible for return shipping and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please refer to our refund policy for more information regarding returns.

Refund Policy

Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior authorization from Amerimerc L.L.C. Returned shipments not having prior approval will be refused and returned to you at your expense. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition in its original packaging with all manuals and warranty card and unused with the exception of defective goods. A 15% restocking charge will be applied against any credit issued for saleable merchandise. All goods must be returned freight pre-paid within 30 days after receipt of shipment. Be sure to insure your return shipment if its value exceeds $100.00 Our return merchandise authorization number must appear on all cartons. Call our customer service department toll free at (877) 891-7665 to obtain this number and authorization for return.

Special order and custom manufactured products cannot be returned to Amerimerc L.L.C. for refund and can only be returned to the manufacturer if defective.

Amerimerc L.L.C.'s responsibility with respect to the shipment of goods ends with the shipment of the goods. Any damages or shortages should be noted on the receiving freight bill and claim filed by you the customer with the delivering carrier.

Return Policy For Pool Liners: Be sure to measure your pool accurately. Liners cannot be returned for credit if it has been installed. We have designed Amerimerc.com so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public. Amerimerc.com identifies you online only by your e-mail address if you choose to provide one. During the Amerimerc.com registration process, we ask you to provide us with contact information, such as name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number and a valid credit card number (if paying with a credit card). We use this information to verify your account when you order.

We do not sell, rent or share any customer information, except for transactions involving third parties. In such cases, we provide only the information required to complete the transaction.

Amerimerc.com uses software tags called "cookies" to identify customers when they visit our site. The use of "cookies" is only for the administration of our shopping cart which customers use to shop our site.  We do NOT use "cookies" to track the movement of customers through our site as we feel this would be an invasion of privacy.
