| I want to let your know that your customer service representative Megan Baugh is the most efficient person I have ever dealt with. I have been working with Megan for about six weeks regarding Biltmor Steps that I had purchased for my above ground pool. I needed some replacement parts. From the 1st e-mail I sent, Megan’s enthusiasm and ability to help me was outstanding. Her hard work and positive attitude, in the midst of going back and forth with the manufacturer, was substantial. I am sure she has resulted in significant productivity for your company. If I had an award to give, she would be the prime candidate.
Please give Megan my sincerest appreciation for the fine job she has done and setting aside the time to help me. I want to let her know that her thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. I really appreciated her help. |

| Good afternoon! I wanted to write you a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate the helpfulness and great attitude of one of your customer service representatives. Last fall, I had a problem with my pool cover, and spoke with Jennifer Borklund, both on the phone, and via email. She was very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very friendly! We had a replacement within a week after I submitted photos. So, it was only natural that I ask for her when I had another problem this summer. Once again, she was very efficient, very fast, very apologetic (even though it was something that was beyond her control), and very friendly. I work for a large organization, and I realize how important customer service is, and how rare it is to find a company and people who still believe in "customer service". I just wanted to let you know what a great job she is doing, and to tell you that I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you, and have a great day! |
